| NHS Mentoring Pack |
To promote staff development within the NHS Finance Function a strategy of high quality mentoring was created. NKD were asked to design a Mentoring Pack with the aim of giving a detailed understanding of what mentoring involves and the benefits that can be gained for the mentors, mentees and the organisation. As well as an overview booklet the pack contains inserts and checklists to help guide the mentors and mentees through their mentoring relationship. |
